As a long term user, and customer, I really like reading posts like yours! Too many times people come here just to complain, and on occasion we see people such as yourself that come to pay complements to the support teams that very seldom see a thank you when it is deserved. Though full names and specific personal information is removed and kept private. I would like to thank you for showing the recognition that is many times well deserved and not given.
If you should have issues that another user may be able to help with, do not hesitate to post in the proper community forum. There are many users that are also more than willing to help other users in this peer to peer community when possible.
