If you are on an Apple Airport basestation, hook it up to the Actiontec and hook the 3G Microcell to it. Then use a paper clip and hold in the Microcell reset button for 30 seconds to clear it. When it comes back on it should just work... Good luck. I couldn't get it to work plugged directly into the Actiontech...
