Re: Can't access personal web space from new Verizon web site

This problem has resurfaced in a slightly different form.  I have been using the procedure outlined in previous message (MyVerizon > Internet > Manage > Edit my web site) but starting sometime between 10 and 17 November 2013 the "My Verizon" and "Internet" tabs return only voice telephone items - nothing about my Internet service though I have Verizon high-speed internet (DSL).  And I *do* have it:  I'm writing this, aren't I?

 

The problem may be individual (their database is hosed concerning my services) or general (nobody with DSL, or nobody at all, is getting Internet management tab when they request it).  I wish someone would research this at Verizon; telephone help (not "technical help" - they're closed) tried but couldn't even contact anyone with answers.

 

I'll try the tech support phone number again, but hope is dim and not a strategy, anyway.
