I noticed the same thing that my Verizon MI424WR.
This Router got installed a week ago when I ordered the FiOS triple play.
I do not have any DVR in my network. Only two cable boxes, PCs, iPad connections.
I mainly use the connection for work (Remote desktop, ssh, telnet etc)
I noticed the reboot at least twice in the last 3 days that the router reboot by itself while I was online.
Don't know how many more times it rebooted while I was not watching.
