Hi, I'm sorry to have to contact you but the person who was in touch with me in regards to paying for the clean up bill has been unresponsive. Her name is {edited for privacy} and she has had her work cell phone off and voicemail box full. This is getting ridiculous since every Verizon person that I have been in touch with has failed to keep communication and now I am receiving invoices for the clean up that {edited for privacy} verbally approved to pay. The clean up company was in direct contact with her through out the entire process and got her approval to do the job. Can you please have someone else contact me ASAP to get this settled.
