Hi I was just checking another issue but this looked interesting. Those numbers look really good whilst inside the verizon.net zone. I see a little latency once you're out to alter.net but the "bad" numbers (which IMO for international are reasonable) start at telia and tinet. I tried a traceroute from Washington DC over a cable connect that goes through xo.net before telia and the telia numbers are well over 100ms.
I can't see that you have much of a complaint with Verizon or even alter.net. They're both getting your packets out there without loss.
I don't like the 14% packet loss at win-bb2-link.telia.net or the 12% at valve-gw.ip4.tinet.net. But that's again way outside VZ's house.
