I would like to tell you that this was an easy solution. But it's not. I spent many of hours with Verizon on the phone, online, etc to get this figured out. It was three years ago now. But they evenutally figured out that there was a major issue with some hardware. It needed to be replaced.... not at my house, at some other location. It was because of my  persistance that it eventually got done. I can't say that you will have the same solution, but I just made sure that every time I called the techs that I didn't waste my time trying to troubleshoot the whole thing all over again, kept asking for a supervisor or the next level up. Since it took over two months to hash out with them, I will say it was a major ordeal. Once I finally got past the tech guys in India and was able to work it out with my local service guys, things progressed a lot further. And even though it took some time to fix, I was grateful to work with them because my local guys truly did want to help me get it figured out. I wish that I could remember the details on the specs of the fix. But like I said, it was some kind of hardware they had to fix. I'm not a tech person so I wouldn't be able to explain it. If you are really still having this problem I would suggest being persisent with the tech support, keep asking for someone else, because it was definitely a Verizon problem, nothing to do with my many devices.

Truly sorry you are having this problem!
