My IP phone worked on Dec 31 but after plugging it back in after the holiday it no longer works. It does thru the setup and establishes the VPN connection but then my IT guy says it looks like the encrypted packets are getting droppped.
Also I can't ping or tracert the device and I think I should be able to.
I changed nothing in the FIOS device and our IT folks say nothign change on their end. Other folks phones are working just not mine.
Ideas?
