the procedure is convoluted. the process is just terrible. I get to step 7, which is by the way not intuitive at all (why the hell would i click on 'find wifi hotspots' to change a goddamn password?), and then step 7 to step 8 just lose me.
What's so hard about changing a password? And yet, Verizon's process is too difficult for me to figure out! Crazy and stupid.
You are correct. That page is poorly written.
If it is your Verizon WiFi password you want to change: Go directly to step 8 and click "Change password."
If you want to change your router's wireless key: the previous answers are accurate.
