Also, my laptop is only getting 72.2 MBPS on wireless when the advertised speeds are 150 MBPS, my network card is an Atheros AR9285
Thanks in advanced.
I thought WiFi 802.11g Wi-Fi Networking was limited to 54 Mbps. See http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wirelessfaqs/f/howfastis80211g.htm. What WiFi standard is you laptop using, and what standard are the devices that connnect to it using that show 72.2 MBPS (sic). (Is this really MBps or Mbps? There is a huge difference based on "B" in the abbreviation. See http://wiki.answers.com/Q/What_are_megabytes_and_megabits.)
