I have unbundled verizon fios, the price of which suddenly jumped up by $12 in my latest bill with no notification.
I browsed what offers exist for new customers, and the same service would be $49.99 for a new customer. Then when I logged in to "check availability," this offer vanished. That seems more than a wee bit shady.
My bill just got pushed up to $72.99. Apparently even before now I was getting ripped off for being established. What gives? This strikes me as taking advantage of my being an established customer.
Any feedback or suggestions? I've gone to BBB about an issue with Verizon billing previously, and found that that makes them quite responsive. I assume it would be easier for all involved if I did not have to go that route.
