Eh...nothing to lose at this point. Tech comes tomorrow morning...probably not enough time to adequately test it anyway.
You might be right, tho. If Verizon is detecting service outages and it's nothing on our end, it must be them. Gonna hold off in buying another router and switching to Ethernet until I exhaust all possibilities with tier 3. Doesn't make sense to shell out cash if the problem's just going to follow me.
