Thanks for the reply. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. My wife does not encounter the same problem on either her all-in-one or her laptop, so the problem seems to be limited just to my desktop (unfortunately, my laptop is mothballed).
I brought up the Task Scheduler and under the General Tab of the Task Scheduler Library, the only thing listed is Adobe Flash Player Updater. Under Description, it reads: "This task keeps your Adobe Flash Player installation up to date with the latest enhancements and security fixes. If this task is disabled or removed, Adobe Flash Player will be unable to automatically secure your machine with the latest security fixes." Under Triggers, it reads: "At 9:15 pm every day - After triggered, repeat every 1 hour for duration of 1 day."
Could this be the issue? If so, what action should I take?
Thanks.
