Considering the trigger is set to happen hourly I would right click on the task and disable it, it may be corrupted or invalid. open control panel - Flash player 32 bit- advance tab - change update settings - notify me to install updates- and you will get updates without the need for any task scheduler entry. Also is the active X version 11.7.700.202 ? that is the current one.
