I already pay for service I am not getting. I sit here trying to stream old Top Gear episodes on a Thursday night, and am constantly getting "Loading" pauses, etc. This is pathetic. Everything I have read indicates that it is Verizon causing this problem for us - and that it is the only major cable/internet company still avoiding the problem with Netflix (I can't speak to the gaming issue). If they want to charge more, maybe they should start providing what they promise for the huge amount we already pay.
