Re: Router constantly needs reset

I am having the same issue after I upgraded my service to 50/25 and recieved a new router.  Not only I lose connection to the internet from ALL devices, I also lose LAN connection.  Therefore, it must be the router itself that is rebooting.  Please let me know what to do and if I can get a new router replacement.
