Is YouTube still shoddy? I remember it being TERRIBLE last summer, but since then I've seen little to no issue with the site. Even though I'm on DSL I can get 1080p to play without an issue these days. Before I couldn't play 360p without waiting for minutes. For at least in my case, it seems like Verizon and Google beefed up network capacity to each other to better handle loads.
Not that I am aware of. Of all of the problems Verizon has these days, YouTube legitimately doesn't seem to be one of them. Verizon uses Google Global Cache servers these days.
