I've been having problems accessing the Verizon web site on my laptop, the web page is not loading correctly. I also cannot sign into my account. I have been going back and forth with Verizon about this issue. I do not have a virus or malware, there's no problem with my laptop. When I ran a Windows Network Diagnostics, it said there was a communication issue with the web server and the proxy server returned a HTTP 502 error.
Is this a matter of resetting the proxy settings, or do I need to use different DNS servers?
