Trying to talk to a friend on skype and the connection keeps breaking up, i do a tracert to him and this comes up:
What's even worse is the route it's taking. It's going from Tampa, FL to Miami, FL which is SOUTH... then to georgia, then to virginia, then finally to maryland where my friend lives. It always takes these ridiculous routes but the ping has never been this bad. It's normally 100ms from florida to maryland
