Actiontec Router keeps dropping RDP every 24hrs

I thought this was an issue with my Server 2008r2 RDP, but now discover it's actually coming from the Router itself.

I have port 3389 open for RDP... every darn day at 125pm all my RDP connections go offline and I can not connect to the server and the existing connections are disconnected.

I have a static IP and use the a static computer IP Address of 192.168.1.3   ... so that is setup just fine.  When I went in today to look at the firewall settings in the router, the IP address somehow was changed to 192.168.1.255!!!!

The wireless function has been disabled on the router, and there is nobody else in the house that access the computer to change these settings, unless a 13yr old dog can do it.   Every darn day for the past week @ EXACTLY 125pm I lose RDP connectivity.  The Server itself can still browser the internet. I can ping the router just fine.

Also... I can u LogMeIn from a remote site to connect to the Server... so this not a Server issue, but an RDP issue... but is the RDP issue because of the Server or the Router??

Any ideas??????
