How tragic! I was without internet for almost a month....5 tech visits... countless phone calls to supervisiors, private chats here on the verizon page....they've asked for my information over and over again...I've already given it to them. I don't hear from them for several days and then I get a phone call saying my internet is up( which it wasn't) and thanks for using Verizon....I gave up. I went to the competition and I'm elated!!  The speed is incredible, the service was fantastic, and the tech came when he said he would.....unlike Verizons tech who stood us up twice!  This is the funny part.  After I switched, 2 days later Verizon called to ask me if I was still experiencing difficuities with my Internet...!  They're unreal and I'm sooo glad to be rid of them.!
