OK here's my story.
Currently paying 25 download/25 upload on my internet. Past few days noticed some lag on my
internet activity, ran speed tests on different sites and most numbers were similar and that I was getting
around 1-5mb download/ around 20 upload. But when I check Verizon's speed tests. IM getting an
amazing 30mps/30mps which IM sure is not the case.
called verizon. they said they dont see any problems at their end. did the basic troubleshooting. and reached
to the point that a new router could be the solution. got a new router. got a new IP. plugged it in and still
NO changes to my connections. Is anyone else having this problem? I have given up on verizon support. and if i cant
get solutions here. i think Optimum online is my next option.
