I'm confused, are you saying the tests are misleading and that we actually have faster speeds?
Or are you saying this dispuste is causing our slower speeds?
I just ran several speed tests on http://www.speedtest.net/ and all under 20 Mbps download speed with an Upload speed a painful 0.56 Mbps. This is not good considering I work from home and recently upgraded our account to 75/25. If this issues been going on since May, why am I paying more for something I'm not getting?
