I just want to know other peoples feedback. I call Fios, and I tried to set up service, I talked to a lady last night, and she informs me there is a fios ready discount. She put me on hold for 10 min, I just hung up, as I’m not waiting on the phone any longer.
I called this morning, and like usually the new person I have has never heard of a Fios ready discount.
But she did try, and see what she could do for me which was nothing. She was still trying to charge me a 1 time activation fee of $69 that she could spread over 3 months how nice. LOL
If you look online, and go through the process at verizon.com it shows better pricing, and no activation fees.
I explained this to my represented, and I asked why is it different, and I even asked her if she could, take off that fee, or I will just order online. She said she could not.
Why would I pay more 69.99 fee, and more per month, I guess I will just order online.
I don't understand the disconnect, if you go online shouldn’t you be able to just call the 1-855-528-7769 number, and order service, and get the same deal.
Now I'm thinking I should go into the store, maybe I will get a better deal?
