High ping to Chicago IP addresses at night - from Western PA

Hello

I live in Western PA, during the hours of 6-12PM daily I have some pretty bad ping to some Chicago IP addresses that our gaming servers. I have the 150 down / 65 up package so I feel like I'm getting ripped off. I know the down/up might not have any impact on the routing but I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if they think something could be done?

Before 6/7 PM EST I usually ping a steady 40-50ms
