Re: How to file a complaint with Verizon customer service

I signed up for verizon fios at the end of april. I was informed that they would come and bury the cable within 10 days and that I did not need to be home. That was 2 months ago. I have called several times to report this issue. I was informed that it was done by 3rd party contractors and that it is not an unusual problem and that if I still do not have my cable buried then to keep calling and reporting it. This is REDICULOUS! Extremely poor customer service. You would think that verizon would care more about its reputation and not use 3rd party contractors that do not perform to their "high standards." I am contemplating returning my service to COX with whom I NEVER had an issue. Verizon also does not appear to want you to be able to complain.
