I would start a new thread but am not sure how. Actually, if I had read this thread I might not have asked for installation.
I do have a suggestion. My problem (no show on the installation) is still not solved and I have spoken with three differnt people, each one needing to be brought up to speed on the issue. Each unsure of what the underlying problem is. When someone handles a problem, and it sounds from the thread like these customer service problems go on for a while, have a single point of contact so customers can talk to the same person. And, give that person training in following through. I have heard "we'll call back" twice. And for a company that deals in communication, don't disconnect me when I go through the phone mail choices.. You have programmers. You must be able to improve that.
