Kudos to Verizon Rep Carlos who I had the pleasure to talk to on 7-30-13 at 7:30.pm. Regarding a problem with the set top box. I was pleased by his courteous and efficient manner.He approaches his work with enthusiasm and can "translate" complaints into requested repairs and treats the "customers" with exceptional courtesy ad good humor. All of us who have worked in customer service are familiar with the sometime tendency to be indifferent to the public relations needs of their work. I don't know what long-term plans you have for Carlos or what his career objectives are, but in my opinion he is an exceptionally professional employee who ought to be appreciated and encouraged to remain with Verizon.We all need to praise where we feel praise is due.
