I believe Verizon has very poor Customer Service. The Customer used to be right.
Now their agents want to argue when you. Twice today I have been sent to speak with a Supervisor and no one comes to the phone. If you hang up, then you loose your place. A customer shouldn't have to argue about a bill over and over.
The supervisors should come to the phone. I guess I will look for another service as Verizon hasn't been very good.
